It’s Carnival Time Again!
We hope you come out to enjoy The Glen Burnie Improvement Association’s annual Big Glen Burnie Carnival Friday, July 30, 2010 through Saturday, August 7, 2010. The Glen Burnie Volunteer Fire Company will be holding our annual raffle at the carnival as usual. This year’s prizes are:
1st A pair of season tickets to the Baltimore Ravens at M&T stadium.
2nd Riding Lawn Mower
3rd Apple I-Pad system
4th A $200 grocery store credit card
5th Little red fire chiefs pedal car
Tickets prices are $2.00 each or 3 for $5.00 or 7 for $10.00.
We hope you will stop by and see us at the carnival booth. We are always happy to show off our equipment or discuss any thing relating to the fire company. If you interested in assisting your local community Fire Company we are always looking for some help. We need not only highly motivated Firefighters and EMTs (we will provide the training) but we need lots of help with our fundraisers such as selling cards at our weekly bingo or helping out in the kitchen. More volunteers helping at our fundraisers frees up our trained EMTs and firefighters to be responding on calls. Ask us about the new Glen Burnie Volunteer Fire Company Lodge.
